Is the COC Volvo from EUROCOC the same as from Volvo manufacturer?
The answer is yes. Certificate of conformity Volvo that we sell is the same as the COC issued by Volvo brand. As a matter of fact, it is exactly the same. We work directly with the manufacturer to make the process of obtaining COC fast and affordable. We are a dedicated COC service, therefore when purchasing a certificate of conformity Volvo, you are at the right place.
Can I get the COC Volvo for free?
The Volvo manufacturer, who has the correct dataset for the COC, charges a price for every print of the COC. Therefore there is always a price for COC Volvo. COCs that you can find on the market for free are most probably invalid datasheets that will not help you register your car.

Hello all! I got a Volvo XC60, produced to USA market and it was bought there and registed in Ukraine. Can I get a COC for it and register it in Germany? Thanks!
Dear Alex,
Thank you very much for your query.
Let me inform you that the certificate of conformity is a European document issued exclusively for cars produced or marketed in the countries of the European Union.
Since your car was made for the US market, it did not comply, at the time of production, with the European standards and thus there is no certificate of conformity.
To get more information about how you should proceed in your case, we would recommend you get in touch with the local authorities in the country of the next registration. They should be able to advise you about how to get the necessary documents for registration of your car there. Usually, the car must be fitted to the German norms first and then undergo an individual vehicle approval by the competent Approval Authorities.
